New Linkers for Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADCs)

NOF CORPORATION would like to announce the launch of our newest product, PUREBRIGHT® Series of single molecular weight PEG reagents. PUREBRIGHT® Series have demonstrated usefulness in many applications, particularly as linkers for Antibody Drug Conjugates (ADCs) to increase conjugate hydrophilicity and drug payload.

PUREBRIGHT® Series are manufactured by our proprietary synthesis process to have very low isomer impurity (different numbers of ethylene glycol units) and high activation purity.

Key advantages of NOF’s PUREBRIGHT® Series are:

• Precise control of the number of ethylene glycol units (i.e. PEG molecular weight) with high purity (available with 4, 8, 12 and 24 ethylene glycol units);
• Available in a combination of functional groups with linear, branched and pendant type structures;
• Scalable under cGMP condition (up to kilogram scale); and
• Reliable analytical method to determine the purity.
