NEW PRODUCT RELEASE: COATSOME® SS-SERIES

NOF America Corporation has begun the online sales of our new product Coatsome® SS series as of July 7th, 2015.

Coatsome®SS series are designed for gene delivery and nucleic acid delivery nanoparticles. The Coatsome® SS series mount dual sensing motifs that can respond to the intracellular environment. This indicates that its tertiary amines are responsive in an acidic environment (endosome/lysosome) for membrane destabilization and/or its disulfide bonding can be cleaved in a reductive environment (cytosol). 

This new product line is:

        Coatsome® SS-20/3AP-04:  Retinoic Acid (Vitamin A) version

        Coatsome® SS-14/3AP-01:  Myristic Acid (C14) version

        Coatsome® SS-33/3AP-05:  α-D-Tocopherosuccinate (Vitamin D) version 1

        Coatsome® SS-33/4PE-15:  α-D-Tocopherosuccinate (Vitamin D) version 2
